The BT Advantage program offers an upgraded Business Travel Support program which allows qualifying hotels the opportunity to participate in select Preferred Partner Programs of Consortiums like American Express and Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Hotels are invited to submit based on location and volume by market and if selected have increased exposure and access to call centers normally closed to non-preferred hotels.
